|Crispy Kale Chips|
Kale chips is one of our favourite alternatives when we crave for a deep fried , crispy & salty something...
And it is even better just because it is straight from our own kitchen garden !!
- olive oil
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C
- Separate the leaflets of the Kale
- Wash them and take in a bowl.
- Season with just a pinch of salt , pepper and a little oil just enough to coat the leaves.
- Arrange on a baking tray
- Grill for 10-15 mins keeping on eye on it.
Crispy Kale chips is ready !!
