Home Made Herb infused Hair Oil !!

In Kerala,  most families do have used to have a favourite recipe for hair oil depending on the herbs available and their personal choices. Today I'm sharing the recipe which I've been using after moving here and it is an adaptation of my family's recipe with the herbs that I grow in my garden now.

Garden Fresh Purple Beans Stir Fry in Kerala Style !!

I was so happy to get this big bunch of purple beans from my veggie garden and here is a quick stir fry with them. These purple beans turn green once cooked and taste just like the green ones.
